Richard Chaves Jr. is a prominent figure in the parking management and real estate industry. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Chaves Global and President of Parking Company of America. The company, founded by his grandfather and great-uncles, has grown into one of the largest minority-certified parking and transportation companies in the United States. Richard has been instrumental in expanding the company's operations, particularly in Kansas City, where he is based. He has been pivotal in managing and expanding the family's real estate assets, overseeing significant transactions and developments. Notably, he has facilitated over $150 million in deals and managed the expansion of parking and transportation services across multiple markets​​​​​​​​​​. 

Since Morgan was a kid, she has always worked for her family. She has been in

many roles and have been instrumental in the expansion and

success of our family business. She also has a personal dedication to

my community and work with many groups to help them identify

funding opportunities for their programs. She also serves as Treasurer of

the Northland Strong Political Action Committee. As a business

leader, community advocate, and public servant, her

contributions have been impactful to organizations in the public and private

sectors.

Nick Chaves is a seasoned executive with a robust background in operations and business strategy. Nick currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Chaves Global and is a Vice President at Parking Company of America, Nick plays a pivotal role in steering the company's nationwide operations and strategic initiatives. Since joining the company in 2023, he has been instrumental in expanding its market share, fostering critical relationships with business partners and government agencies, and overseeing the execution of key strategies.

Before joining the family business, Nick managed his own construction business, where he supervised senior management teams, ensured regulatory compliance, and successfully completed numerous high-profile projects within budget.

In addition to his role at Chaves Global and Parking Company of America, Nick is actively involved in real estate and management, assisting with over $20 million in deals. 

Alexis Bayouth is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in sales, event coordination, and customer service. With a strong educational foundation from Texas Tech University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and minors in Addictive Disorders Recovery Studies and Family Life Studies, Alexis has built a career that combines strategic leadership with a passion for client engagement and satisfaction.

Most recently, Alexis served as the Head of Sales and Event Coordinator at Lubbock Event Rentals, where she was instrumental in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of numerous high-profile events. Her role involved conceptualizing event themes, coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and executing seamless operations. Alexis’s ability to multitask and problem-solve in fast-paced environments, coupled with her attention to detail, has consistently resulted in memorable and successful events.

Alexis is now an Executive Vice President for Chaves Global and oversees the HR and Marketing Departments. Her work in maintaining a productive workplace and assisting with over 3,000 customer/employee profiles showcased her strong organizational skills and commitment to efficiency.

Carson Adcock is a seasoned Executive Vice President with a proven track record in business operations, fleet maintenance management, and program expansion, particularly within transportation-related industries. Based in Kansas City, MO, Carson brings a strong skill set in problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership, all of which have been pivotal in his career progression.

In his current role as Executive Vice President at Chaves Global, Carson leads the growth and development of the parking and transportation divisions.

Before his tenure at Chaves Global, Carson served as Fleet Manager at Airport Parking, LLC, where he developed and maintained a maintenance program for a fleet of 15 vehicles. He managed vendor relations, organized inventory, and provided weekly reports to the ownership group, ensuring the smooth operation of the fleet.
